George W. Bush is partially responsible for the deaths and destruction in the wake of hurricane Katrina. If the president had not passed budget cuts that included reducing the Army Corp of Engineers budget for maintaining and repairing damns and levees, there may very well be fewer bodies floating in the streets of New Orleans today. Just one more example of how Bush's illegitimate, illegal and unjustified war in Iraq has cost Americans dollars and lives. Had we not spent $250 Billion plus in Iraq in order to line the pockets of his neo-con co-conspirators, the money needed by the Army Corp of Engineers would have been in the budget. George W. Bush is an evil, twisted, megalomaniac who cares not about the citizens of this country. He needs to be impeached, and imprisoned for treason!

I think that the insurance companies that stand to lose the most money, and any displaced citizens of New Orleans and those who lost loved ones do to Bush's reckless abandon of human life over personal greed should band together and start a class action lawsuit against Bush, as well as a movement to impeach him.
